How to Redeem Codes in Genshin Impact
There are two ways to claim your free rewards. You must be at least Adventure Rank 10 to redeem codes.
Method 1: Via the Official Website
- Visit the Genshin Impact Code Redemption Page.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Select your Server (America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO).
- Paste the code and click Redeem.
Method 2: In-Game (PC, Mobile, and PS4/PS5)
- Open the Paimon Menu (Esc on PC, or tap the Paimon icon).
- Go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Select Redeem Code and enter your code.
- Check your in-game Mailbox to claim the items.
Why Is My Code Not Working?
If a code doesn’t work, it is usually because:
- Expiration: Many codes only last for 24 hours (especially Livestream codes).
- Case Sensitivity: Make sure to copy and paste the codes exactly as written.
