Drill Run TM Location & Recipe Resources – How to get it in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, while you’re working through the main story and collecting all the Pokemon you can, you’ll come across Technical Machines, which allows players to learn recipes to teach their Pokemon new moves. It can get overwhelming trying to remember where resources and recipes are, though. If you need to know how to get Drill Run, we have all the possible locations to find the TM recipe, including a list of resources you’ll need.

Drill Run TM106 Location – How to get it

You can find Drill Run TM in South Province (Area Two), Dalizapa Passage. It is a reward for defeating Team Star Boss Ortega. Once you have this move, you will be able to teach the Drill Run to your Pokemon, which has the effect of: “The user crashes into the target while rotating its body like a drill. This move has a heightened chance of landing a critical hit.” As many TMs are found in the world of Paldea, be on the lookout for Yellow Poke Balls!

Drill Run TM Recipe – How to make it

To craft Drill Run, you will need the following resources: 8000 LP, 5x Pineco Husk, 3x Dunsparce Scales and 3x Arrokuda Scales. Once you have the recipe, you’ll be able to craft the recipe at any Pokemon Center’s TM Machine as long as you have the required resources to do so.

Tip: If you need more League Points (LP), remember that you can trade in materials you won’t be using to the TM Machine in exchange for LP. You can also receive LP for interacting with Tera Raid Dens (they look like large, sparkling crystals). Sparkling Pokemon will give you LP when defeated or caught.
